tk10a Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on Our Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the tk10a website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at tk10a.io.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player to access tk10a services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus funds awarded by tk10a that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of account on the tk10a Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using a bonus before that bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, graphics, text, and other proprietary material associated with tk10a.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tk10a registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by simply accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these terms and any subsequent amendments.
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose real money.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus participation, and any communications with tk10a support staff.

3 Eligibility

Use of the tk10a Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tk10a enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, agent, or close family member of any employee of tk10a or any affiliated company.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tk10a or had your account closed for breach of these terms.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on tk10a, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account only: Each individual is permitted to hold a single registered Account with tk10a. Creating more than one Account — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tk10a will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an administrative fee or account closure in accordance with tk10a's prevailing inactivity policy, of which you will be notified in advance.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

tk10a is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC verification process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming the registered mobile number matches your account).

tk10a reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be suspended. Submitting false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk10a are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and other supported methods as updated from time to time.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• tk10a does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• tk10a is not responsible for any delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used for the corresponding funds where technically feasible.
• tk10a targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers may take longer subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• tk10a reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where a transaction is flagged by fraud prevention systems.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and are subject to change.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

tk10a offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally (or at all) to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the bonus offer terms. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Bonus abuse: tk10a actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk or hedging strategies to convert bonus funds without genuine game play risk. Such behaviour will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus offer is available to new Players only, once per Player, once per household, and once per device/IP address combination.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on tk10a are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk10a will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet at the Player's request except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session or while a bet is in progress, tk10a will investigate and resolve the outcome in accordance with its technical fault procedures. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) rates are set by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others) and are published in their respective game documentation.
• tk10a reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including cases where odds were clearly incorrect due to a system error.
• For live cricket and sports betting, markets are governed by the results declared by the official governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). tk10a's decision on applicable results is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk10a Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing these terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or exploit Platform systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to tk10a support.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using tk10a to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk10a staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Players' accounts or to tk10a's systems.

10 Responsible Gaming

tk10a is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players in Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age restriction: Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on tk10a.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that prompt them when they have been active for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and cannot be reactivated for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk10a Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and database structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of tk10a or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property without the express prior written consent of tk10a. Violation of this provision may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12 Privacy and Data

tk10a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as published at tk10a.io/privacy-policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration information for account management and KYC purposes; transaction data for financial processing and fraud prevention; usage data for platform improvement and personalisation. tk10a does not sell personal data to third parties. 13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10a shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or data loss caused by events outside tk10a's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including game descriptions, odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

tk10a's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the balance of your Account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tk10a reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tk10a operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to tk10a's customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated through available formal dispute resolution channels.

tk10a's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and fraud investigations are final, subject only to the formal dispute process described above.
